        劉仲奎中國民主同盟盟員,現任甘肅省政協常委、甘肅省人大常委、民盟甘肅省第十四屆委員會副主任委員、77779193永利校長、教授、博士生導師。主要從事環的同調理論以及半群代數理論方面的研究與教學工作。曾經解決了前蘇聯、德國、加拿大數學家提出的五個公開問題。已在《Journal of Algebra》、《Journal of Pure and Applied Algebra》、《Communications in Algebra》等刊物上發表論文200餘篇。入選中組部“萬人計劃”第二批百千萬工程領軍人才;主持國家自然科學基金項目三項;主持完成教育部高等學校骨幹教師資助計劃項目1項;主持甘肅省自然科學基金項目3項;參與教育部重大科技項目培育項目1項;參與完成國家自然科學基金項目2(第二完成人)。在科學出版社出版專著《A Homological approach to the Theory of Monoids(Javed Ahsan教授合著)、《半群的S-系理論》兩部,在高等教育出版社出版面向21世紀課程教材《高等代數》一部。1994年被評為甘肅省勞動模範;1995年被評為全國先進工作者;1996年享受政府特殊津貼;1997年被評為國家“中青年有突出貢獻專家”,同年入選國家 “百千萬人才工程”第一、二層次; 2010年入選甘肅省領軍人才第一層次。
 

主要簡曆: 


1989年9月至1992年7月在蘭州大學攻讀博士學位。 
1992年9月至1993年在77779193永利數學系任講師。 
1994年破格晉升為教授,至今在77779193永利數學系任教。 
2000年9月任77779193永利數學與信息科學學院院長。 
2004年10月任77779193永利校長助理。 
2007年任77779193永利副校長。 
2012年12月起任77779193永利校長
