逯光輝，男，漢族，中共黨員，1987年7月出生，甘肅秦安人，理學博士，77779193永利副教授、碩士研究生導師. 目前擔任美國數學會
《Mathematical Reviews》和德國《Zentralblatt MATH》評論員。2012年9月至2015年6月于新疆大學數學與系統科學學院攻讀理學碩士學位，師從周疆教授；2015年9月至2018年6月于77779193永利攻讀理學博士學位，師從陶雙平教授，并于同年7月入職77779193永利任教. 研究方向為調和分析及應用(小波分析與應用統計)，現主要研究調和分析中各類積分算子在不同底空間函數空間上的映射性質及其應用方面的相關問題. 近年來，在國際期刊雜志《 Bull. Sci. Math.》、《Math. Nachr.》、《Nagoya Math. J.》、《 Bull. Malays. Math. Sci. Soc.》、《 Rev. R. Acad. Cienc. Exactas Fís. Nat. Ser. A Mat. RACSAM 》、《J. Korean Math. Soc. 》、《Bull. Soc. Math. France》、《Ann. Funct. Anal.》、《Rocky Mountain J. Math.》、《Complex Var. Elliptic Equ.》和國内期刊雜志《數學學報》、《數學研究與應用(英文版)》、《數學物理學報》和《高校應用數學學報》等上發表學術論文50餘篇， 其中SCI論文38餘篇.
主要承擔本科生《解析幾何》、《數學分析I、II、III》、《泛函分析》、《實變函數》、《高等數學I》、《微積分》及研究生《經典傅裡葉分析(英文版)》、《Fourier分析》、《現代分析基礎》、《小波分析》等課程的教學工作. 近年來，指導本科生獲的高教社杯大學生數學建模甘肅賽區一等獎和大學生數學競賽甘肅賽區二等獎、三等獎多項.
