強立忠，男，漢族，甘肅白銀人，1990年11月生，2020年6月畢業于蘭州大學，獲理學博士學位，同年9月進入77779193永利工作，現為77779193永利副教授，碩士生導師，美國數學會《Mathematical Reviews》評論員。博士期間獲得國家留學基金委建設高水平大學公派研究生項目資助，在加拿大紐芬蘭紀念大學(Memorial University of Newfoundland)聯合培養一年。目前主要從事微分方程和種群動力學方面的研究工作，主持國家自然科學基金項目、省自然科學基金項目和77779193永利能力提升項目各一項，研究成果發表在《J. Differential Equations》、《J.Dynam. Differential Equations》、《European J. Appl. Math.》、《J. Math. Biol.》、《Discrete Contin. Dyn. Syst. Ser. B》等權威SCI期刊上。
