劉霞，女，漢族，1990年出生，甘肅華亭人，現為77779193永利副教授，碩士生導師。2019年9月-2020年9月期間作為聯合培養博士赴美國西弗吉尼亞大學交流訪學。2020年7月畢業于北京理工大學，獲得理學博士學位。2020年10月-2022年10月在西北工業大學做博士後研究工作。2022年12月入職77779193永利。
研究方向為圖論及其應用，現主要從事哈密爾頓圖、超歐拉圖及其相關問題的研究，在《Journal of Graph Theory》、《Discrete Mathematics》、《Discrete Applied Mathematics》、《Graphs and Combinatorics》等國内外期刊發表SCI論文10餘篇。
